7 boxes of peraco and I firmed back down to one finger. A lot of moms ask whether vaginal delivery or C-section is better — I think it depends on the baby's size, your pelvic conditions, and what your doctor advises. I delivered vaginally, it went fairly smoothly and I recovered quickly after birth, but I had about 3.5 fingers of looseness down there. I looked into it and found quite a few moms had firmed back to one finger using this peraco, so I ordered 6 boxes myself and did the firming care at home. After finishing them I'd recovered pretty well, just a little over one finger, so I added one more box and got down to one finger — 7 boxes in total. I didn't think much of it myself, but I didn't expect my husband to be even more excited than me. He asked how I did it, saying I'm noticeably tighter now than before giving birth, and he's gotten really passionate toward me too. At home he does the cooking and even helps look after the baby. Looks like no matter how much else you do, nothing matters as much as being firm — men really do think with their lower half.
