Married 7 years, and now during sex it makes a sound like a fart, so embarrassing. I searched online and it seems to be called queefing, caused by looseness. Now I really want to avoid sex

Avoiding it isn't the solution. Drag it out long enough and the marriage will eventually flash a warning light. For looseness, just use the firming product
